Please note that you are always required to make an appointment for marriage registration (including application for an M46 declaration and ratification), name changes, collection and assessment of documents. Appointments are also required for a wide range of permit-related enquiries. Immigration and naturalisation services by appointment only at Stadsdeel Centrum.

Welcome gift for new residents

The district of Zuid (South) has produced welcome packages for new international residents in cooperation with IN Amsterdam. The gift boxes are filled with English information on local community groups and contain discount vouchers for organisations in the Zuid neighbourhood (for example, free swimming lessons at the Zuiderbad). If you're new to the Zuid district, collect your welcome pack from various libraries or the ACCESS helpdesk located in the IN Amsterdam office.
