When is my ticket valid?

After purchase, your ticket is valid immediately for one regular canal cruise at a time and date of your choice.

When do canal cruises depart?

Cruises depart frequently throughout the day, but keep in mind that the latest departure is usually between 17.45 and 21.30, depending on the canal company.

How long does the cruise take?

Most regular canal cruises take up to one hour, during which you will travel along several picturesque canals, see traditional canal houses and learn more about the history of Amsterdam.

Is the audio guide available in different languages?

Yes, all canal cruises offer several different languages.

Do I need to reserve in advance?

No reservation is required.

Is this ticket more expensive than a regular ticket?

No. Tickets are exactly the same price as they would be when purchased directly at the (ticket) box office from the participating canal cruise companies (unless a company is running a promotion). The ticket lets you choose the canal company with the smallest queue, scan your phone and instantly begin exploring Amsterdam’s famous canals. Prices may differ from local prices in case of special or temporary offers

I no longer want my Canal Cruise Ticket. Is it possible to cancel?
