Preparing for the Digital Services Act

A webinar on 13 May will explore the potential impact of the upcoming Digital Services Act, which will affect all digital services startups. DSA4startups – created by Allied for Startups, a global network of over 40 advocacy organisations striving to improve the policy environment for startups – will be held online and registration is currently open.

The Digital Services Act will upgrade the European Union's safety and liability rules for digital platforms, products and services, affecting many businesses. To help startups get ready and understand potential changes, a panel of guest speakers will participate in the webinar:

Helping startups understand legislation and how to engage with policymakers

StartupAmsterdam is also participating in the event and will work with several partners (including the Dutch Startup Association and Considerati) to help attendees understand the new legislation and offer tips for engaging with policymakers at different levels.
