US company ChurnZero to open Amsterdam office
Marketing tech firm ChurnZero, which provides a customer success platform for subscription businesses, is setting up a new office in Amsterdam to help accelerate its worldwide growth.
The new office will support existing international clients and serve as the primary office for development throughout Europe.
You Mon Tsang, CEO and co-founder of ChurnZero said: “Over the last few years, our customer base outside of North America has grown significantly. International expansion is a key focus area and we decided that the Netherlands was the best choice for us and our customers for our European headquarters. We were drawn by its convenient location, deep pool of multinational talent and focus on innovation.”
ChurnZero’s platform aims to be a one-stop solution for customer success teams to get ahead of customer needs, for example upcoming renewals or expansion opportunities, to fight customer churn – the rate that a company loses customers in a given period.
ChurnZero Inc. will remain headquartered in the United Stated at its Washington DC location while ChurnZero BV will be headquartered in the Netherlands.
