Expansion into New York and the Middle East and North Africa markets
Nearly 20 years after creative agency 180 launched in Amsterdam, the group has announced a large-scale expansion into the New York and MENA markets. The expansion is designed to better serve 180’s portfolio of multinational clients, which includes Pepsi, Under Armour, Unilever and DHL.
180 New York will work in cooperation with social consultancy Brand Intelligence Operating System (BIOS), with the aim of infusing their data-driven expertise throughout all of 180’s offices. 180’s bicoastal presence in the US will provide more opportunities to deliver award-winning creative solutions for clients.
The MENA offices, which are based in Dubai and Doha, come as a natural progression since 180 Amsterdam has developed a strong relationship with clients in this region including Al Jazeera and Qatar Airways. In time with the announcement, 180 also launched a new brand identity and design.
This expansion follows 180 Amsterdam’s growth of more than 100% in three years, since the agency merged with Kingsday in 2017. It is a key player in Amsterdam's creative scene, employing dozens of staff from 20 countries, and providing clients with innovative brand strategy, advertising, digital and social, marketing analytics and content.
