A new arrival at Amsterdam Business Campus Square

Autonomous cleaning equipment company ICE Robotics has moved into a huge facility at Schiphol Trade Park in the Amsterdam Area. The company has leased two units at Amsterdam Business Campus Square (ABC Square). The company, a stand-alone division and integrated solutions partner for SoftBank Robotics, is a leader in commercial and industrial floor cleaning equipment and offers a unique monthly rental model to companies around the world. Its innovative i-Synergy platform provides cloud-based data and user reports to help businesses better utilise their workforce and assess cleaning equipment needs.

ICE Robotics is renting two units at ABC Square, a joint development of VolkerWessels Logistics Development and Delta Development Group which was completed in March 2020. It consists of 37,000 square metres of high-quality business spaces, offices, multifunctional spaces, as well as large-scale industrial spaces for production, storage and logistics. Its other tenants include logistics firm OTX and apparel company PVH Europe.

Why ICE Robotics moved to Schiphol Trade Park

A spokesman for ICE Robotics said it chose the new location due to its proximity to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, a clear advantage for a business with international operations, customers, suppliers and interests. With world-class connectivity, being based nearby one of the best-connected airports in Europe means business trips, logistics and international meetings are all simplified immensely. At the same time, central Amsterdam’s lively business ecosystem and culture are easily accessible.
