A global benchmark of quality
The Skytrax World Airport Awards are considered a global benchmark for measuring the quality of global airports. Welcoming Schiphol’s strong performance and addressing the current challenges faced by the aviation industry in light of the coronavirus crisis, COO Birgit Otto said: “This award is a great mark of recognition for Schiphol and the airlines, given the competition of some 550 airports. Even during these challenging times for the aviation sector, we will continue to ensure that Schiphol continues to provide passengers with an experience and quality that meets their expectations."
