A unique opportunity
For the first time, Dutch startups and scale-ups hungry for exposure can enter the TV Star Competition, which is organised by All Response Media, an agency that builds brands and businesses through customer acquisition. One lucky winner will receive a fully-funded television advertising campaign, which includes media and creation services and is worth €50,000.
Striving for success
The idea for the competition comes from the UK, where it has been held three times. The previous winners are meditation and mindfulness app Calm.com and cab comparison service minicabit, as well as e-commerce site Trouva and storage company LOVESPACE, which tied in 2017.
Once Dutch contestants have signed up, a first round selection will be made. Those who make the cut will be asked to complete an in-depth questionnaire focused on their business proposition and readiness for television advertising and intense growth. Their responses will be thoroughly assessed, and the selected finalists will be asked to participate in a Dragon’s Den-inspired pitch session in front of a panel.
The grand prize
The winners of the competition will have their company advertised on BrandDeli channels. All Response Media will analyse the TV campaign through its ARMalytics tool, which monitors what happens after an advertisement has played by reviewing activities such as website signups, purchases and charity donations. If the feedback to the ad isn’t strong enough, All Response Media will optimise it in real time for improved results.
