Quick and efficient logistics

DART expects its new service centre to be fully operational by June 2019. Amsterdam was chosen as a location because of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and because the region is so convenient for accessing European markets: “Our operations are located close to the Schiphol Airport,” says Harvey Siemens, the Operations Manager for the Amsterdam facility, “as this will allow quick and efficient logistics for us and for any customer located in the EMEA region.”

Accessible Amsterdam

The connectivity of the Amsterdam Area is particularly useful as the the new facility, which will have a size of 500 square metres, will also be used as a European warehouse for the company. Marcelo Gonzalez, who will overlook the new centre’s activities, says: “No matter where the customer sends the products for repair and maintenance, they should experience the same quick and easy customer experience.”
