The new channel is aimed at anyone involved in the startup scene of the Netherlands. A mobile studio will broadcast live from locations and events relevant to the startup ecosystem, such as networking events and conferences. Studio Startup will also host talks and debates – with the inaugural edition a debate about the Dutch elections – and collaborate with the Accenture Innovation Awards in finding new, innovative startups. It is yet to be announced whether the channel will include English-language programming.
Interactive and social platform
In addition to its more traditional media activities, Studio Startup’s website and interactive channels are intended to serve as a meeting place for startup entrepreneurs and talent. New businesses can introduce themselves on video, audio or writing, network, share pitches and increase visibility among partners, customers, investors and advisors.
