Hibob launches in Amsterdam
Israel-founded HRtech startup Hibob has opened a European headquarters in Amsterdam. The company, which has raised $274m since launching in 2015, has developed a platform that allows companies to streamline their HR processes for remote and dispersed workforces.
The system, named Bob, provides HR departments with simplified technology needed to manage employees, including requesting documents, setting up accounts, time management, payroll, and compensation management. Hibob says what makes its platform unique is its intuitive qualities, with no requirement for coding or technical knowledge and easy integration with third-party tools.
The firm's existing clients include Monzo, Fiverr, Revolut, Ace & Tate and WeTransfer.
The Amsterdam office follows success in the Benelux and the Nordics regions. Eventually Hibob will expand its sales, presales and customer support teams here.
