The CFO Meetup for Scaleups

The "CFO Meetup for Scaleups" brings together a curated group of CFOs and financial leaders from fast-growing Dutch scaleups. Organised by KPMG Emerging Giants, in collaboration with TNW, the goal of this event is to equip finance leaders with the tools they need to succeed, whilst forming a trusted peer group that can share and learn from one another along the way.

For the second edition of the CFO Meetup for Scaleups on 26 June, we’ve invited Jules Deelen - Finance Lead at iconic Dutch scaleup Picnic - to share his story. During this session, Jules will talk about scaling your finance organisation, reflecting on his own experience to share tops, tips and pitfalls to watch out for in this journey. The focus of the session will be on internal finance organization (as opposed to external themes like attracting funding), looking at how you can prepare for compliance and international expansion.

Following the presentation from Jules, we’ll dive into roundtable discussions so you can discuss this subject with the other CFOs in attendance. The roundtables will be facilitated by a team member from KPMG.

Following the roundtables, there will be time for some drinks and bites.

As we are committed to building a valuable peer network for attendees, this event is by invitation only. The target group is Dutch scaleups with:

• A dedicated CFO/ Finance leader
• 25-150 employees
• Focusing on scaling up the business
