Inclusive AI Talent Fair

The Hyperion Lab is partnering with Women in AI and The Extra Mile to organize a talent fair for tech candidates with an emphasis on enhancing inclusivity and diversity in the sector. The Inclusive AI Talent Fair connects hiring tech companies to diverse and under-represented talent. During the evening, companies will pitch themselves and their open roles, then meet and network with interested candidates to discuss potential career and job opportunities.

One of our missions at the Hyperion Lab is to promote inclusive and responsible AI in the Netherlands. We believe that this starts with a diverse team, whose voices can equally shape the development of products and technologies that are central to a company's strategy and goals. Starting with a diverse team ensures that our future technologies do not replicate or enhance existing social biases or inequalities, but benefit everyone.
