Founders Running Club: Run & Talk

About the event

We'll run 3—10km at your conversational pace and talk. It's going to be 1, 2 or 3 laps around Vondelpark. We'll have 2 or 3 pacers (at 7 min/km, 6 min/km, and there is a faster group if we need it). You can run at your own pace as well, especially if there is someone who runs with you at the same pace with approximately the same effort. After the run we meet for non-alcoholic beer/coffee at Proeflokaal 't Blauwe Theehuis.
