You are:

About you

For this vacancy of Online Editor (EN), it is important that you bring the following:
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. Journalism, Media or Communication)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in creating online content and copy
- Native level English speaker and fluent in writing texts. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus
- Experience with a Content Management System (Wordpress, Prepr, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Monsido, Semrush (or willing to learn to use)
- Working in a hybrid work environment appeals to you
About the working conditions
Based on a 38-hour work week, as an Editor Online (EN), you can expect:
- A salary of approximately €2,650 (scale 13)
- You will start with a one-year contract
- A position for 38 hours per week and the freedom to largely schedule this time yourself
- The possibility to partially work from home
- 26 vacation days (for overtime, time off in lieu applies)

You will have a lot of freedom to organise your own work, and working hours. For example, with us, you’ll be able to work from home during national holidays and take the time off later. Of course, we’d also like to see you at our office at De Ruijterkade. This is a 2-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station and boasts views over the IJ river. Another moment we like to share together is Development Thursday. Development is central on this last Thursday of the month: for you as a person, for our team and/or for the organisation. So what do we do? Things like a knowledge sessions, workshops, or improving happiness at work.
The English-language editorial team consists of 6 colleagues and tries to work from the office at least on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
