Wenn Sie Ihre Karte online vorbestellen, erhalten Sie einen Gutschein per E-Mail. Nehmen Sie den Gutschein (ausgedruckt oder auf Ihrem Smartphone) mit nach Amsterdam und holen Sie damit Ihre Karte in einer der Abholstellen ab, die unten aufgeführt sind. Sie sind alle zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Online bestellte City Cards können sofort abgeholt werden und es gibt keine Bearbeitungszeit.

Wenn Sie sich für die Lieferung Ihrer City Card entscheiden, müssen Sie zwischen der Bestellung und Ihrer Abreise nach Amsterdam genügend Zeit einplanen, da die Lieferung bis zu 10 Werktage dauern kann. Wenn Sie am Flughafen Amsterdam Schiphol oder am Hauptbahnhof Amsterdam ankommen werden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, Ihre Karte stattdessen in der Stadt abzuholen. Die Höhe der Versandkosten hängt von der von Ihnen angegebenen Adresse ab; die Hotelzustellung in den Niederlanden beträgt 11,92 Euro.
