There are several websites available that focus solely on expats, their experiences, and their issues. These provide news and other valuable information in English - including forums, notice boards and links to other sites of interest.
- www.expatica.com: The world's #1 news and information source for expatriates, with special information for those living in, working in or moving to the Netherlands (as well as Belgian, France, Germany & Spain). Information about life in Holland, leisure, relocation, employment, housing, finance, education, groups and clubs and everything else you are looking for or need to know.
- www.elynx.nl: Source of adverts about leisure activities. It contains also adverts about housing, employment, and services in general, as well as selling and buying items.
- www.expatriates.com: Community website, source of adverts about housing, selling and buying items, jobs, childcare, services in general, community, personals, and others.
- www.xpat.nl: The site from Xpat Media, with archives of the quarterly magazine The XPat Journal, as well as summaries of the chapters of The Holland Handbook, which contains a large amount of basic information and references for building a happy life in Holland.
- www.indiawijzer.nl: Indiawijzer is a comprehensive guide to India and India related information in The Netherlands, and has a special 'Information'section just for Indian expats linving in and doing business in the Netherlands.
