Embarkation at Rederij Lovers. Welcome on board, followed by a starter course. There's a choice of bombe smoked salmon, stuffed with a salad of grey Dutch North Sea shrimps with a lime cream or a salad of beef pastrami and tomato salsa.
7.45 pm
Disembarkation at the restaurant of your choice for the main course.
9 pm
Dessert on board, a small taste experience of the pastry kitchen: orange crème brûlée, chocolate mousse with coconut froth, small glass of fruit salad and coffee with pralines.
10 pm
Disembarkation and the end of program.
