With a vision of bringing authentic tastes of Mexico to Amsterdam, three brothers Juan, Hector and Pedro opened the first Los Pilones restaurant in 2001 (Kerkstraat 63), the second in 2010 (Eerste Anjeliersdwarsstraat 6) and a third location in 2012 (Geldersekade 111).
The atmosphere, décor and crowd in all three locations are characteristically warm and lively. The menu offers traditional Mexican favourites including soft tortilla tacos, enchiladas, corn chips, homemade salsas and guacamole.
The restaurant also serves up a large selection of Mexican beers, Daiquiri's, Margarita's and 185 different types of tequila, including Los Pilones brand 100% Agave Tequila.
