Jeugdtheater de Krakeling

This building on the Marnixstraat has since 1978 been known as 'Jeugdtheater de Krakeling' (children’s theatre). An average of 4 performances, by professional companies, takes place every week. Although targeted at children, Amsterdam’s Circus theatre Elleboog (Kindercircus Elleboog) provides entertainment for the whole family.

Clowning around
In addition to the circus performances, the theatre regularly holds workshops for children aged between four and 17. Learn to juggle, walk on stilts, brave the tightrope and walk on balls, in addition to clown and circus tricks. It is also highly suitable for children’s parties (it’s recommended that you reserve well in advance).
