It may be cold outside but that doesn't stop the Dutch, as cafes become even more 'gezellig' (cosy) and venues heat up with indoor activities; classical concerts, rock gigs and DJs, exhibitions fill museums, theatres and cabaret halls sell out and the boutique cinemas host special features and mini film festivals.
