Glorious vegetables and vermouth on the mezzanine

Organised in collaboration with the NH hotel brand, the restaurant’s interior has a hotel-room vibe (hence the name), using elements from the NH Barbizon Palace. The menu is created by chef Chris Naylor, proud holder of a Michelin star. One for the flexitarians, it puts vegetables in the spotlight, serving fish and meat as side dishes. Aperitifs are catered for by the Vermuteria on the mezzanine, the Netherlands’ first vermouth bar, and after dinner, guests can retreat to the Fever-Tree cocktail bar. The pop-up is opened until 30 April 2016.
