  • When booking an excursion, the full amount must be paid in advance. For hotel reservations, a 15.00 euros reservation fee is charged in advance. Upon arrival, you will pay the confirmed rate directly to your hotel.

If you are in Amsterdam already, you can also book your hotels and excursions directly at one of the I amsterdam Visitor Centres.

Cancellation policy

The Service Center follows the guidelines from the "Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry".

Reservation are non-refundable. To cancel a reservation, you must always contact the Amsterdam Marketing Service Center or one of the I amsterdam Visitor Centres directly.

About the Service Center

The Service Center is Amsterdam Marketing's official reservation and information service. The Service Center works with more than 300 hotels in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Our staff is helpful, experienced and well-acquainted with everything Amsterdam has to offer!
