Terms & conditions I amsterdam City Card 2012

The I amsterdam City Card is non-transferable. Once activated, it can only be used by the original cardholder.

After purchase, the I amsterdam City Card can be activated at any time until 31 December, 2012. Once activated, the card is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours

All locations included in the I amsterdam City Card can be visited only one time (with a discount or free of charge)

The I amsterdam Card includes one canal cruise

No refunds will be provided on purchased, lost or stolen cards

Offers are not valid for I amsterdam City Cards or passes from previous years

I amsterdam City Card offers cannot be exchanged for cash

The I amsterdam City Card will be blocked in the case of abuse

I amsterdam City Card offers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers

During special exhibitions at museums a small additional surcharge may apply
I amsterdam City Card for groups
The I amsterdam City Card was developed specifically for use by individuals. If you choose to use the I amsterdam City Card for a group, each individual must have their own card. Groups using the I amsterdam City Card will need to enter attractions one by one as individuals – please take this into consideration in terms of waiting time. If you wish to visit an attraction, take a canal cruise or go to a restaurant as a group, please make a reservation by telephone in advance. Telephone numbers are listed in the City Card pocket guide. Don’t forget to mention you are visiting with an I amsterdam City Card. Locations are not obliged to let you enter as a group since the I amsterdam City Card is developed for individual use.
