Book accommodation, excursions and the I amsterdam City Card from the comfort of your own home, by phone, fax, email, or online. You can rely on our Service Centre to help you with your request, from individual and group reservations to boat tours to all-in day trips.

Booking in person at the Tourist Offices
If you are in Amsterdam already, you can also book your hotels and excursions directly at one of the Tourist Offices.
Cancellation policy
The Service Centre follows the guidelines from the "Uniform Conditions Horeca Nederland". Cancelling reservations made by the Amsterdam Reservation Center will incur the following fees:
| Up to 1 month before arrival: | 0% |
| Up to 14 days before arrival: | 15% of the total cost |
| Up to 7 days before arrival: | 35% of the total cost |
| Up to 3 days before arrival: | 60% of the total cost |
| Up to 24 hours before arrival: | 85% of the total cost |
| Less than 24 hours before arrival: | 100% of the total cost |
Reservation costs are non-refundable. In order to cancel a reservation, you must always contact the Amsterdam Tourism & Convention Board (ATCB) Service Centre directly.
About the Service Centre
The Service Centre is the reservation and information service of the Amsterdam Tourism & Convention Board. The Service Centre works with more than 300 hotels in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Our staff are helpful, experienced and well-acquainted with everything Amsterdam has to offer!
