Ever since 1975, both Amsterdammers and guests from all over the world have found their way to fish restaurant Lucius, right in the heart of Amsterdam. Enjoy a wide variety of the best sustainable North Sea fish, crustaceans and shellfish. Lucius works with renowned fish suppliers, and we work with the seasons. The kitchen team, led by chef Rienk Vrij, has a genuine passion for fish and chooses the best products daily with an expert eye. In all dishes, it is essential that the natural purity of the fish comes into its own.
The kitchen is open five days a week from 17:00 to 23:00, making it the ideal place to enjoy culinary delights at every stage of your evening. Whether after a visit to the city, just before a festive start to your night on the town, or for an intimate late dinner with oysters and champagne, you are very welcome!
