Off the tree-lined paths of Bilderdijkpark in Amsterdam-West is De Liefde, a wine bar where you can enjoy a little slice of heaven—and some cheesecake! Along with its long list of wines by glass or bottle, arranged by owner and wine connoisseur Vincent van Aarle, patrons can snack on bar bites such as cheese, charcuterie, oysters and, of course, sweets. Heartier dishes such as sandwiches and burgers are also available for lunch and dinner, while the high wines offering, made for two or more people, pairs three to five glasses of wine with select snacks.
