Museum Night Amsterdam

One night a year 42 museums in Amsterdam open their doors from 19:00 to 02:00 and organise special events: workshops, concerts, special tours, performances, with tasty food & drinks. Welcome to Museum Night.

Midnight magic
See Amsterdam's museums in a completely new light - after dark! Can't think of where to start? We don't blame you: the choice is immense. Make like Ben Stiller for a night at Artis Planetarium, enjoy the Rijksmuseum's Night Watch, drink in hand and canapé in the other, cycle over to one of the many music performances around the city and just imbibe that festive spirit.

Tickets
Museum Night tickets include entry to all participating museums and after-parties, as well as free transportation on special trams and boats. Your Museum Night ticket also entitles you free entry to one of the participating museums on a different day, valid until the end of the year. Tickets 17.50 euros in pre-sale, or 20 euros on the night. It's recommended to buy your tickets in advance, since last year's Museum Night was completely sold out.
