Producers duo Diplo & Switch aka Major Lazer hit the scene back in 2009, dynamically breathing a healthy dose of life back into the dancehall genre and scoring many a hit including 'Hold The Line'.

Major Lazer use dancehall tunes as the basis for their mastery, piling on a thick layer of dirty beats and old-school sound effects to produce their characteristic sound. The duo also produce works for fellow artists - 'Run The Girls' was produced especially for Beyoncé, with a leading role for their own track 'Pon The Floor'.
