Jews, Catholics and Muslims all know the practice of annual community fasting. This exhibition focuses on fasting at Yom Kippur, during the Christian period of fasting and during Ramadan. Eighteen women tell their stories to shed light on the questions 'what is fasting, what happens when you're fasting, and what is its goal?'
