Swinging songs with guitars, piano, bass, flamenco heels and a wide range of drums and percussion. An energetic 'mestiza' mix of samba, flamenco, reggae, jazz, pop and salsa brought with humor, poetry and genuine noise. New own works are alternated with international children's songs from the world famous 'Putumayo Kids Playground' compilations.

Samba Salad makes a catchy mix of music and musical theater. The band performs original compositions and lyrics, in which they use a wide range of different musical styes. Since its founding in 1978, Samba Salad has performed over 4000 music theatre shows and concerts for young and old. They have also released a series of CD's and children's books, including 'Singing in the Back Seat' and 'Singing without Training Wheels'.
