For the blind man in the dark room looking for the black cat that isn't there

View:
de Appel
This collective exhibition accentuates speculation as a type of knowledge and emphasises curiosity as a significant factor when dealing with contemporary art. The participating artists all search for an explanation for, or better understanding of, the world they inhabit. Each artist approaches this idiosyncratically, while simultaneously refuting the common complaint that a code needs to be deciphered in order to properly understand modern art.
