Arguably one of the best hip-hop albums of recent years isn't even an official album, it's a mix tape. By a Canadian going by the name of Drake.

Decidedly Drake

Rapper/vocalist Drake launched onto the scene with So Far Gone in September last year and it was immediately clear he was a force to be reckoned with. A battle erupted between labels and ultimately Lil Wayne defied his name to emerge victorious when Drake signed on the dotted line.
