Carlos do Carmo (zang)
This Portuguese fado singer is said to be one of the best in the Canção de Lisboa. Though steeply rooted in the fado tradition, Do Carmo has played a considerable role in opening up the Lisbon fado to influences such as jazz and French chanson.
