Located in a former orphanage in the city centre, the Amsterdam Museum introduces the visitor to Amsterdam's rich history, from Middle Age beginnings right up to the present day.
20 rooms of exhibits
The permanent exhibition at the museum is spread over an impressive 20 rooms and features a huge range of paintings, prints, models, silver & porcelain, archeological finds and interactive elements. The exhibits provide insight into the city and its residents and show how Amsterdam has grown into the city it is today.
