The 56 rooms and suites at the Ambassade Hotel have been furnished and decorated with care and provided with every modern convenience. The attractive lobby, salons and other public areas contain antique furniture and clocks combined with modern paintings created by the famous Cobra group.
The amazing Library-Bar contains over 5000 books, all signed by the authors during their stay at the Ambassade Hotel and has an adjacent lounge that can also be hired for small meetings.
On the first floor Brasserie Ambassade is run by Chef Tom van Buuren and his brigade, who specialize in the classic French cuisine. In this wonderful Brasserie, decorated by art works and large chandeliers and overlooking the canal, each morning an extensive breakfast buffet including a large variety of hot dishes cooked to order is being served.
