Held in the vast space of the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam, the Realisme ('realism') art fair specialises entirely in contemporary figurative art. More than 30 influential Dutch and Belgian galleries showcase and sell works by Dutch and international artists.
This year, the fair goes into its eighth edition. Featured artists include established names as well as up-and-coming talent. The fair also includes lectures, workshops, a symposium about entrepreneurship in art and an award that is given out annually.
