Restaurant Nevy is on the River IJ and is an unusual fish restaurant with a minimalist interior bright with white marble. One can enjoy cruise ships sailing past while polishing off an exquisitely prepared lemon sole. The sustainably-harvested fish, which is fresh daily, is prepared in various ways reflecting international cuisine: tempura, tajine and ceviche as well as the classic French meunière way.
