The Museum of Bags and Purses (Tassenmuseum Hendrikje) in Amsterdam displays the history of the ladies bag from the Middle Ages to present day. It is the only museum in the world with such a comprehensive collection of bags. It is considered to be one of the top fashion museums in the world.
