Here in the Utrechtsestraat is one of the restaurants owned by Dutch TV chef Herman den Blijker: Herrie. Upstairs one can dine in a luxurious space with sumptuous pricey dishes. Downstairs is the cocktail bar where they can squeeze you in for a bite when upstairs is full. The bar has low lighting and is glossy and stylish. The crowd here too are, for the most part, smartly dressed and like to order their cigars, black label whisky or fruity champagne cocktails.
