Restaurant As is in an old church right near the business district Zuid-As. Upstairs is an exhibition space devoted to the revolutionary Platform 21, and downstairs you can enjoy delicious authentic dishes on long tables. As has no fixed menu, but rather an ever-changing array of dishes prepared with fresh ingredients such as free-range meat, organic veggies, locally brewed beer and homemade bread. You can dine in the marvellous homey interior or outside on the patio surrounded by the garden.
