Volta is an activity centre in the Westerpark district of Amsterdam and part of the foundation Welfare Westerpark for young people from 16 years. On Wednesday, there are jam sessions and every Thursday are performances. On weekends there are often live bands, parties and club nights in Volta's Great Hall. There are music and theater courses, there is a gym (take a lesson). Young people can also do internships or volunteer.
