Amsterdam's Rozentheater occupies an exclusive position as the only theatre in the Netherlands founded especially for young people. Based in an impressive building on the Rozengracht, they are all about contemporary, cutting-edge theatre.
Interdisciplinary location
The Rozentheater hosts amateur to (semi) professional productions and devotes stage time to intercultural and interdisciplinary pieces. So expect more than just theatre: you can also head to the Rozentheater for art, poetry, open mic sessions and evening/late-night events.
Rooms for hire
The main theatre seats 180 and the intimate small theatre holds 50 making it the ideal place for minor performances and readings. Both rooms as well as the foyer are available for hire.
