The Bimhuis puts Amsterdam on the map as a prominent jazz city in Europe. There is a concert hall and studios where musicians work and experiment. The venue has performances of national and international jazz- and improvised music acts. Anually, the main jazz award (the Boy Edgar Award) is presented. Regularly, sessions are open to the public free of charge.

Ticket information
Reservation line open: 12:00 - 19:00 hours Box office open on concert nights from 19:00 hours. Presale and reservations can be collected at the Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ from Monday - Saterday 12:00 - 19:00 hours. Ticket sales also at the Amsterdams Uitburo, www.uitburo.nl, Ticketshop (Leidseplein 26/terrace side).

How to get there
