Civil Affairs (Burgerzaken):

- Without appointment: Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 12:00 and in addition, Thursday: 17:00 - 19:00.

- With appointment: Monday to Friday: 13:00 - 16:00. Call 14 020 in advance to make an appointment. Please note that matters concerning the registration of births, marriages or deaths will not be dealt with at the Thursday evening session.

Registry of Marriages: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 08:30 - 14:30. Thursday: 12:00 - 14:30.

Registry of Births and Deaths: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 08:30 - 15:30. Thursday: 12:00 - 15:30.
