Festival LaMère

Festival LaMère has now become the music festival of Almere and the surrounding area. The three-day event will become one of the largest free festivals in Flevoland and even has the potential to grew up to one of the largest free festivals in the Netherlands. Every first weekend of July Festival LaMère takes place in the centre of Almere, the economic heart of the Netherlands.

Festival LaMère, that means: enjoying a free festival with a three-day program, delicious snacks, drinks and of course a lot of live music.

Since the start of the festival several major artists have been on stage in Almere. Examples include Gerard Joling, Sonata Arctica, DCI, Hannah Montana, Robin S, Walid Jumblatt, Peter Beense, Jeroen van der Boom & Wolter Kroes. Moreover, the festival still registers an increasing number of visitors every year. The great success of Festival LaMère is partly due to the diversity of artists and the fact that it reaches all the different target groups.
