A fashionable shade

Amsterdam is home to numerous designers who already use sustainable fabrics and recycling materials. For example, Krejci uses old bicycle tyres to make bags.

Ecofabs is a clothes recycling initiative that does its bit to make sustainable fashion hot. Alongside events throughout the year, the core idea is that planet-conscious fashionistas can hand in their old clothes for which they receive ‘eco-dots’ that can be redeemed in the Ecofabs Fashion Shop!
