Giving a real taste of what life is like in Amsterdam, the Creative Capital Experience will see CEO's of foreign companies within the creative industry staying in the homes of local professionals. The introduction campaign will take place during Eurobest in November.
amsterdam inbusiness, the official foreign investment agency of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area, is organising a three-day introduction campaign for some 10 foreign advertising and communication firms currently considering setting up shop in the creative heart of the Netherlands. The event will be combined with Eurobest, Europe’s leading advertising festival, which will take place for the first time in the Amsterdam Area from 25 to 27 November, 2009.
Instead of the standard hotel accommodation, executives will stay for two to three nights in the apartment of a creative professional. They will discover what the city has to offer during a customised Fact-Finding Trip, attend the Eurobest festival, and do as the local's do: explore the city on an Amsterdam-style bicycle.
In return for giving up their living space, the Amsterdam creativewill get free access to the festival. It is not too late for architects, designers, copywriters and other creative minds in Amsterdam to sign up their apartments.
