An innovative programme

On 27 March, Hyper Island’s digital-innovation programme, a collaboration with BSSA, will commence with a full-time six-week course. Following the course, trainees will utilise their new skills on a six-month traineeship.

The programme – which is focused on action learning – has been designed to teach graduates everything they need to know to transition into the working world. This provides a great opportunity for businesses to benefit from new talent.

Giving graduates the skills employees want

Hyper Island is a world-leading educator with over 20 years’ experience of teaching students with cutting-edge learning methods. There are no exams, teachers or textbooks – just independent learning, problem-solving and real-life experience with real-world clients.

The course will give the graduates hands-on expertise in the skills that matter in the modern-day business world, building on what they learned in their studies and applying it to real situations. They will learn about digital strategy and technology, human-centred design processes, behavioural psychology, storytelling and more. Naturally, these digital-age skills would make an invaluable addition to any company.

“We’ve collaborated with BSSA and Hyper Island students in various projects, and they delivered a very valuable contribution to our strategic work,” said Valerie Fuchs, global manager of digital marketing at adidas NEO. “What I appreciate most about the students is the fact that they very much understand the holistic circle of digital communications.”
