Expansion into Amsterdam

The American company GTA Group, a provider of comprehensive solutions to the telecommunications and IT industries, recently announced its expansion into Europe with a new office in Amsterdam. The new location follows GTA’s strong growth over the past few years, and is part of a strategic plan to expand its services into international markets. The new office will mark GTA’s third international office opening in less than a year.

As the company said, there were many reasons to choose Amsterdam. “A record number of international companies in recent years have chosen Amsterdam to expand their businesses internationally. GTA favoured the Amsterdam area for its excellent location, accessibility to the rest of Europe, and its importance in the telecom and IT industries.” The office will function as GTA’s regional base for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). All of GTA’s EMEA projects will be operated and managed from the Amsterdam office.

As the GTA Group’s CEO Dee Alipanah said, “Amsterdam is a key business hub, and having our new office here forms an important part of our strategic expansion into Europe.”

Amsterdam an IT and telecoms hub

GTA will be joining a thriving tech and ICT hub in Amsterdam. The city is a prominent choice for international professionals, and is home to an open and creative tech scene with many innovative companies. It has an impressive digital infrastructure, with the Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX) being one of the largest data transport hubs in the world. Many tech conferences and incubator programs for startups are based here, and Amsterdam’s position as vibrant startup hub makes it an ideal place for companies to try out new business models.
